Nandoos Wayanadan Kaima Rice 5kg

Wayanadan Kaima Rice is a small-grain, naturally aromatic rice from Kerala, also known as Jeerakasala. The grains cook up soft and separate with a gentle fragrance, which makes it the traditional choice for Malabar biriyani, ghee rice and special meals. Rinse well, soak for 20 to 30 minutes, and cook with slightly less water than usual. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container once opened.
