We do not deliver outside these areas. Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm that we can deliver to you.

Delivery charges
Exeter: delivery is free.
Exmouth, Seaton, Sidmouth, Dawlish, Honiton, Tiverton, Crediton and Okehampton: delivery is £2.99 on orders under £40. Orders of £40 or more are delivered free.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Fresh, chilled and frozen items
Fresh, chilled and frozen goods are packed to stay safe in transit. Please unpack them and store them as soon as they arrive.

Receiving your order
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing or wrong, email jakenjoestores@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. See our Refund Policy for more.
